Objective
The major objective of the agriculture program of Ashroy Foundation is to introduce a system of communication to enhance knowledge relating to disaster risk reduction and to change the behavior of the marginalized farmer along with sustainability through experiential learning with interactive processes encouraging farmer-to-farmer exchanges to make their own decisions.

L. Fisheries
Objective
The objective of this intervention is to provide with livelihood support to the marginalized farmers to meet up protein need and also generating some additional income to livelihood support of the marginalized farmer and also contribute in organizational sustainability.

Conduct modern cultivation training, Organic fish feed production, Maintenance fish enclosure, Fish feed distribution, Organic fertilizer preparation, Conduct awareness raising campaign, Technology transfer to the fisherman, capacity buildup to the fisherman.
M. Poultry and Livestock
Objective
The objective of this intervention is to create financial capacity of marginalized destitute women in enhancing their voice in household decisions.

Objective

A. Primary Health Care Support and Nutrition

B. Follow-up of Community Based HIV/AIDS Education Programme among drug user.
Objective
The objective of this intervention is to protect the drug abuser along with general mass by educating and awareness rising about HIV/AIDS considering the severity of the problem.

A. Mainstreaming of Adolescents Family Life Education (AFLE) at Schools combat Violence against Girls (VAG) Education
Objective
The objective of this intervention is to raise the awareness and to reduce the dropout rate, in particular, girl's dropout at the secondary level and to negotiate conflicts among young adults to face the challenges as well as the barriers against their development by providing necessary support.

Objective
The objective of this intervention is to improve the standard of life in developing the process of financial empowerment of disable ensuring the accessibility in the mainstream of the society.
Activities
Profile develops of disable person, PRT, Materials distribution, Awareness session, Referral to other organization, Financial Support, counseling group formation, livelihood development activities also.
Good Governance
Strengthening Women Rights and Representation in Local Government
Eighteen Upazila based Union Parishad Women Members Forum was formed and operational in different Upazila of Bagerhat and Khulna in 2008 under the SWRRLG program. Though the project activities have been over in December 2008 Ashroy Foundation has continued its effort to sustain the initiative. There was 18 meeting of the Forum was held in 2009 i.e. nine meeting in each of the districts. It provided an opportunity to interact among the forum members, follow-up previous plans and to prepare action plan involving the women and adolescent at the grassroots level and mainstreaming gender that contributed in strengthening good governance.

Advocacy
Ashroy Foundation is actively contributing in policy and practice change towards achieving the international development goals like Millennium Development Goals (MDG),Hogo Framework for action HFA and Education For All (EFA). It also actively engaged in advocacy initiative to realize the rights of different marginalized groups under different national and international commitments and treaties like compulsory primary education act, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, CEDAW, Salamanka Statement, CRC, Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA) and so on. Ashroy Foundation is also concern about the basic & human rights people especially women live in the slum, brothel and the people affected by disaster like cyclone and flood.
