Adolescent Livelihood Advancement Project (ALAP)
Build the Capacity to strengthen their ability to implement effective programs for adolescents, Increase the technical skills, livelihood, psychosocial and life choices of adolescents and empower them to effect positive attitudinal and behavioral change.
Junior School Certificate JSC
To create opportunity for education of the drop out students by teaching them from class six to eight in collaboration with Bangladesh open university and CAMPE. Two hundred drop out students are taking non- formal education from Four ODL center.

Empowering Local and national humanitarian actors(ELNHA)
Goal:
Vulnerable, women, men and children are benefitted through effective response in emergencies
Specific Objective:
To emphasize women, men and children are safe in emergencies through empowering local and national humanitarian actors.
Primary Objective:
- Local and national humanitarian actors are capacitated to prepare preparedness and emergency response plan.
- Local and national humanitarian actors are capacitated to influence policy makers in regards of agendas.
- To tailor the policies and strategies of international level donors and NGOs so that local and national humanitarian actors can take the leadership role in preparedness and emergency response.
Activities:
Assist to conduct meeting of UDMC, UzDMC and DDMC, Capacity strengthening of UDMC, UzDMC and DDMC, Conduct quarterly coordination meeting, Conduct issue based workshop at District and Upazila level with the stakeholders (Educational institution, Govt. and non Govt. Institution, community, NGOs and donors), Observe day observation related to DRR and CCA, Provide training on CTP, Training on cyclone signal, Provide training on standard operating system SOP, Training on project proposal writing, Training on MEAL, Training on MEAL in emergencies, Training on humanitarian vision, coordination mechanism, CHS, SOP, SOD, emergency funding, WASH, preparedness and evacuation etc. Stakeholders mapping, Workshop on learning dissemination, Workshop on post disaster psychosocial trauma management, Training on need assessment, advocacy, gender etc.
