To develop the women in decision-making, to kept women human rights, To Sensitize the local service delivery organization, to develop the organization in gender sensitized.

Ensure improvement the standard of life of disable and mainstream the disable in the development process.
Adolescent Livelihood Advancement Project (ALAP)
Build the Capacity to strengthen their ability to implement effective programs for adolescents, Increase the technical skills, livelihood, psychosocial and life choices of adolescents and empower them to effect positive attitudinal and behavioral change.
Junior School Certificate JSC
To create opportunity for education of the drop out students by teaching them from class six to eight in collaboration with Bangladesh open university and CAMPE. Two hundred drop out students are taking non- formal education from Four ODL center.

RACE (Reaching All Children in Education)
Ashroy Foundation has recently signed a MoU with CAMPE the project Reaching All Children in Education (RACE) funded by PKSF. The project is aimed to achieve the following:
- To continue the teaching assistance provided to the learners of Class iii to Class v fiving in hard-to-reach areas and belonging to poverty stricken families.
- To reduce drop-outs, increase attendance rate and develop competencies of the learners.
- Instill moral and ethical values, awareness on health issues and develop the spirit of global citizenship.
- Ensure attendance and inclusion of all children in school particularly those coming from ethnic minorities and the children with disability.
- To reduce disparity in education through continued and effective engagement of the community with schools.
The project will be piloted in Sharafpur union of Dumuria Upazila under Khulna districts.
Results:
- It is expected that following successful implementation of the project children of Classes iii to v belonging to schools will be directly benefited.
- There will be significant improvement in community engagement, transparency and accountability in the selected schools.
